Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was close to key areas and attractions. However, many reviews highlighted dissatisfaction with the service quality, citing issues such as untrained staff, poor coordination, and slow check-in/out processes. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with reports of subpar housekeeping and unpleasant odors. Several guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the value received, and breakfast experiences were mixed, with some finding it adequate and others less impressed. Overall, while the location was a strong positive, service, cleanliness, and value for money were notable areas for improvement.
