Smooth boarding take off before time and arrived 23 minutes before TIME.
Very disorganised and inefficient boarding procedure compounds the disorganised nature of the Indore airport. Crew announced that a system would be followed based on those passengers that paid for expedited boarding, those with children and those in the military etc. However the system was not implemented. Not sure why IndiGo does not use and enforce zonal boarding. A/C not working on bus transporting passengers to aircraft and information system indicating flight information not working either. Given this leg happened after sunset there was very poor lighting on boarding ramps at both Indore and Mumbai.
Flight got delayed and was declared before half an hour. It’s not fair with those who are loyal with Indigo.

Air India needs to upgrade their aircrafts specially on long range flights
Air India must improve lot of their domains - a) Food - it was not hot or fresh like how other airlines provide it. On the contrary - it was quite bad b) Entertainment - About 90% of the TV systems in the flight did not work. How do you expect people to travel for about 14.5 hrs non stop without entertainment systems working? c) Seating - The handle bars wee broken and coming off every single time we get up. Seriously? Is this a rural bus or an international flight? Air India charges about $150 or more than even luxury flights and fail to provide basic amenities. It so pathetic.
On time departure & arrival is excellent. Food should b good like some snacks that everyone test , ( no sandwich please. Coming & going ) . Otherwise good service is improving very well overall staff . Keep up the good service. 👍
I’m writing this on behalf of my Mother who travelled in the air india flight. Worst ever flight experience. Screens were not working, crew was not helping, food was terrible. My mother asked for a cup of warm water, and the crew didn’t show up at all. And it happened every time. She had to get up from the chair and get it herself and she saw the crew was laughing and giggling sitting in the corner paying no heed to travelers at all. Shameful behavior.. And How can you be an Indian Airlines and serve the worst Indian food ever. TATA- You have a big mess to clean. Hopefully you’ll get better.

When the passengers reached the boarding counter, new passes were not issued. Passengers were asked to simply waiti for 3 hours to find out if flight wasn’t going to leave . After 3 hours they were asked to wait a another hour. After 5 hours passengers were informed that flight was canceled and to check back the next day for the flight. No reasons we’re pricided. Weather was clear. Staff did not know anything. They would r even associate themselves with Air India. I would not tecommmed this airline to anyone . If this is any evidence of how any airline is run, then I wouldn’t feel safe traveling in that airline."

At the checking, they told us "you have not informed us you travelled with kids !". A huge food box is given with almost nothing inside. I am ok with no food given but please make sure you do not waste and pollute for no reason"
