Pros (+) Location was key for us on our trip because we were being hosted by a friend and her family who were locals. The location of the hotel is excellent, nearby a modern mall as well as a combination of modern and older shops. Also during the Christmas holiday when we visited, the street is very lively and festive (also makes for more more noise, but a colorful and unique experience of Pune).
Cons (-) Unfortunately you get what you pay for. The hotel quality is nearly on par with typical motels in the U.S. The staff are friendly but the cleanliness in general in the room is questionable, and there is a datedness to the furnishings.
