Pros (+) The staff were friendly and attempted to help as best they could. The room was large (it fit out two bikes with tons of room to spare, but we had the accessibility room). It was quiet.
Cons (-) The concierge didn’t know much about old Quebec or Ile d’Orleans, which was disappointing. There isn’t a bar at the hotel, which is odd and there is no coffee maker in the room!!!
