The car and pick up and drop off were fine---eventually. But the frustrations came when trying to get Enterprise on the phone to talk to a live person about a serious problem.Cons:
2 months in advance, we chose the wrong pick-up date in Quebec. We couldn't correct it online or by phone and on arrival had to taxi to the office to try to fix it. Jonte Jyne was very helpful. But Enterprise's voice-mail system is the WORST!Hertz

Well, we reserved 2 vans, but when we came to pick up, they did not have the vans, so they upgraded us to a Ford Flex. We did like the Ford Flex so that worked out well.Cons:
