Bed was super comfortable and location was great- convenient walk to old town plus Plains of Abraham steps away so kids could run around. We also enjoyed a great brunch at the revolving restaurant in the hotel. We will be back.
Some of the furniture a little tired- specifically worn easy chairs, but seem left there because they complement design. Could use reupholstering, and pool was nice to have but water was a bit cloudy, and walk to dressing room chilly and used as a storage room. It was nice to have on a rainy day, but not super. Also, water a bit deep for kids, so combined with cloudiness, I was in particular alert.
The location and the bed
Extremely cold - can’t remove climatisation Armchairs were dirty The shower and the toilet were old, used and dirty... No sound insulation. I’m sincerely insulted
Close to Shops, historical buildings and restraurants
Dated, worn floors, poor bathroom lighting
Location and view.
Lack of modern amenities such as usb port in room. Poor lighting and terrible curtains, the sun was beaming in the room at 5:30am. Poor parking arrangements for the size of vehicles now days.
The staff (older gentleman) was great to accomodate our parking needs. Front desk staff was courteous.
The comforters had black stains. The cleaning staff came into our room at 8:30am while we we're showering. Had we not heard them, they would have caught us naked. Shower had problems, had to call to have them fix it.
Beautiful view from the pool!
We loved the pool area! We had a three year old daughter and she loved it. The location of the hotel was great and close to everything.
We got a room for 3 people. When we got there it was 2 double beds. I wish we had a choice as one queen bed would have been better (with a small child) instead of two double beds which was small for a couple.
Waiting for elevators was horrible. Sometimes waited 20 minutes....when it finally stopped at our floor it was full. In the lobby there was a waiting line to get on 25th floor tough to take stairs
No pool! Huge disappointment!
one of the best luxury hotels we have stayed at -in the whole world- best location in quebec-friendiy smart staff-we really enjoyed the concord-chuck davis from wisconsin usa
Beautiful historic district view
Incredible staff (with very good English as well) Great location with lots of restaurants and places to see nearby Historic district a short walk away *Very* impressed with the room would be an understatement - 23rd floor overlooking the old city. We almost stayed an extra night! Everyone was extremely friendly and with our limited French we were able to easily get by (many people answered in English anyway).
Parking for a big pickup was difficult. It would be good for the front desk staff to still refer guests to the valet but to know if the guests have a big pickup to direct them to the 2 main places for parking. We were told down and to the *left* which took us to a very tight underground parkade for $24 for 24 hours; however, there was a nice open parking lot to the *right* which was $16 for 24 hours.
Really old, needs a makeover. Great location
Really great location! Prompt staff.
Really old. The sink leaked the whole time, the grout was yucky, everything felt really old, the bed was not very comfortable, no pay per view...
Fantastic location for touring Old Quebec City and the Citadel.
Restaurant not a great menu. Lobby not very inviting.
