Door didn't fully close. Hotel didn't respect the "Do not Disturb" sign.
WiFi sucked , essentially non functional. elevator slowest as molasses Location most boring on planet, nothing around. Not that close to metro. Photos are way exagerrated. I could barely breathe from the cigarette smoke Burnt wall apparently from a cigarette Some of the staff were nice, others not very helpful.
Nice location, clean, close to everything in New York. I would definitely stay here again.
I loved that it was close to the city. The staff was polite and helpful.
I found the parking was very limited and tight but the staff was very helpful in finding alternatives.
The hotel has a good location, very close to the subway. The price is good for what it offers, and it is close to manhattan. The parking lot is small, but it's free.
We got a room toward the subway, really noisy, it was impossible to sleep. We asked to change the room and they did it. Make sure you ask for a room in the opposite side of the subway.
staff and customer service was worst in my life. I will not go back to the hotel even if its free.... front desk guys didnot know wat was he doing.I had to run back and forth from room to front desk 4 time just to get the right key for the room. No greetings no hospitality... room phone didnot work there was no shampoo no soap and no towel in the room.... what else should I say...... i should stop here i guess
The hotel was 2 blocks (1 minute walk) from underground station. The train took you directly to Times Square in less than 15 minutes. Very easy! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was excellent considering how reasonably priced the hotel is compared to others in New York.
As the hotel was immediately next to the underground line the view from our room (4th floor) was directly to the tracks. It was therefore very noisy. It was impossible to get any sleep without ear-plugs. Additionally although generally clean (bathroom was totally spotless and the cleaning standards there put most hotels to shame!) our room had not been vacumed before we arrived. During our 5 night stay I noticed that the room had been vacumed only once (day after our arrival). Otherwise everything was clean and well maintained.
The noise from the train sation
Good transport access to the city. Clean, comfortable and good catering.
Fitness room left a little to be desired and front desk could be a bit more friendly but were by no means rude.
i didnt liked the hotel because there were many reasons for that.. one of the reasons is that they didnt clean at all...seems like dirty place
It was in a great location in Queens, about a 10 minute subway to Manhatten. The breakfast was simple, but very good. Our room was cozy and clean. We espcially liked how comfortable our bed was.
The only negative thing I could say about the hotel was that it was right next to the subway and sometimes we heard some traffic, but thats what you get in New York.
That is was so close to my home and eat out places.
The service leaves something to desire, they did not have sugar inside the room to go with the coffee. And on one of the days when My husband were going into the city ( dressed ) they asked are you checking out? In a rude way it especially didn't make any since because we paid our bill in full when we checked.
It was really near to the subway, and it takes only 15 minutes from the hotel to Times Square. The beds were very confortable and big.
In the 10th day of our staying at the hotel we noticed that someone opend a candy package we bought for our children and ate some. We complained immidiately.
