We booked this hotel thru Expedia one month prior to the visit. Upon arrival we were told that Expedia canceled the reservation, long story short the hotel canceled it. I was able to get a person on the phone with Expedia and they called the hotel to find out that the the staff cancelled the reservation. Pros (+) Excellent staff. Absolutely excellent in every area. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, and grounds Excellent employees.
Cons (-) This hotel is too small end tends to sell out quickly. There is only one hotel elevator/lift available for guests in the entire hotel. The hotel is well maintained and clean but is 1980s - 1990s style. Onsite parking is extremely limited. First come first serve luck style parking. The hotel needs to be torn down and replaced with a 20 story 300 room hotel without a 4 level underground parking gara...

Pros (+) Breakfast was great. Staff was nice. Airport shuttle was helpful. Rooms/beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) The elevator was broken when we arrived, however, it was fixed quickly.

Pros (+) EVERYTHING! Front desk customer service was superb! Shuttle service did a fantastic job, and room cleaning as well. My special thank you to all of them, especially to Antonio and Elvia. Great team work, sorry I do not recall all names. Without any doubts, I will return to this Hotel.

Pros (+) You have a flight out of JFK, This is the place to be. Free shuttle service is a plus. They have to go packs for early flights that cannot catch 6am breakfast?
Cons (-) The beds where small. Being so close to the airport you will hear planes landing and taking off all day and night. The room was clean but had a bit of a musty smell.
