Parking fee, I reserved a king bed and went I get there it was only full beg the bathroom poor I took a shower and it flow beg uncomfortable, is a shelter as well, I have to check early because it was uncomfortable and I get bits not sure if it was beg bugs
At least change the beg and the fix the bathroom

The staff here were all very kind and quick to introduce themselves and ask if they could help us. They were all very helpful and attentive. Convenient airport shuttle very 30 minutes. Uber eats available.
The location doesn’t provide an easy access walk to anywhere. $19.99/breakfast seemed steep to me, traveling with a family of four with no company to reimburse for the cost... seriously $20.00/person?

Very friendly staff. Our flight in was delayed by 4 hours. I called the hotel and when we arrived at 2:30am the shuttle was waiting for us. Friendly and efficient front desk personnel both at night and in the morning.

Convenient location next to JFK. Breakfast was simply stunning. We loved it. We had to leave early and they provided us with a take out breakfast which was very good of them.

Comfortable beds allowing us a good sleep after a long flight. Swimming pool was reasonable and food at breakfast was good.
Staff service was poor. Although I had paid for breakfast included, they did not give us vouchers and also tried to bill us for breakfast. The taxi they booked for us was a complete rip off.
The hotel staff and people who worked in the restaurant were all very well trained, courteous and just a pleasure to deal with. We stayed at another JFK hotel last year but your hotel was superior. And the food inyour restaurant was actually surprisingly good, fresh, well presented.
