Easy to get into the Manhattan
Affordable no frills hotel close to everything.
Location, view, decorating, balcony, free wifi, price.
Room was tiny, the lighting was terrible and dim- one bedside light cord did not reach outlet, no closet, iron and board on the floor. In the bathroom there wasn't a space for toiletries in the shower. The desk chair was way too big for the size of the room. Lots of construction nearby may bother light sleepers.
good location, hotel is right in Astoria, not the
Really easy check in, in and out. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and there was street parking. The convenience factor was great
Mmm. Loud guests on every side of our room. What can ya do
Staff was friendly
no working elevator room was on 6th floor! no hot water the mattress had a huge dent in the middle of it.
The room was very small, but modern, clean, and nice. We would stay at this hotel again. The rooms are too small for more than two people, so I would not recommend this hotel for a family.
I was not happy that the hotel did not fulfill our request (that was made two weeks in advance by calling the hotel directly and that was made on-line when we booked our room with this service) to be on the same floor as a couple that we were traveling with...we booked the exact same room, but we were told they couldn't put us next to each other because we had booked different rooms. That make zero sense. I did not like that they said that they put out apples every morning, but I never got one. When I asked, I always got the answer that they were out. The same went for the cookies that they put out for guests...always out.
Nice rooms, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood just off Manhattan, easy access to subway.
Thin walls. Noisy neighbors made for a long night.
Lack of warm water showering in the morning during
The bathroom was nicely spacious with a great walk in shower.
The heater in the room wasn't very effective. Took quite long time to heat.
