Pros (+) So close to LGA The shuttle bus drivers were so great -- they really went the extra mile. One even stopped at a deli for me! Its super convenient Big rooms, quiet, clean

Cons (-) Front desk and management were rude and not helpful. Our room was not ready by our 630 pm arrival and we were told to wait. After no room by 7 pm an argument ensued with no kindness. After several requested to speak to management....no one came to speak with us to learn of our concerns. Aside from a very kind and competent bartender the stay was not pleasant.
