I loved the style and theme of the hotel - Luxury throughtout
It would have been nice to have a later check out and to have water availabe in the room - not part of the mini bar and a few more toiletries& extras such as dressing gown. Paid extra for the Superior Double Room but couldnt really see what I was paying for as we ended up staying in one of the rooms with disability asscess. This meant the room was bigger by deafult because of its purpose
I thought the room was up to a high standard, very clean.
The room was fantastic. Very nice bathroom too.
The lighting in the brasserie was too low. Even at breakfast it was very dark.
I really like the decor of each hotel. The bedrooms are lovely & luxurious. The hotel location is also great for the town centre.
professional staffs, design and tone of the hotel is unique.
the whole hotel was quite dark. not enough light even in the room.
Great service from staff
Friendly professional and relaxed atmosphere
Breakfast charging top heavy for a colleague who only joined me for coffee. Should have been told he had to pay full buffet rate
free internet access, good food and staying in a place where staff take pride in where they work
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely and beautifully comfortable. Very relaxing decor throughout.
The difficulty and time we had getting there and finding the hotel would prevent me from returning. We rang the hotel all morning for directions and parking availability but the phone was not answered. The hotel was very very warm and felt the mini bar facility of having to go down to reception seemed rather tacky. Disappointed if comparing with a stay at any Hotel du Vin.
The rooms was excellent as were the facilities in the hotel. The only disappointment was the dinner (see below).
The main courses were not as good as we expected. The starters were terrific, a little large if anything, which led us to believe that the main course would be similar. Very disappointed with the main course. My partner expected more than one small potato.
