Pros (+) Very convenient location and friendly staff. Was fairly quiet even though the doors had very little sound insulation. Also clean, with no funny smells that I noticed.
Cons (-) This hotel is starting to feel pretty dated and definitely fairly "budget." Lots of plastic and wood veneer everywhere. The towels are cheap, small, and fairly old (though clean). The view from my 14th floor room might have been great except that the windows were fogged most of the time. Sink faucet had no aerator (Prepare to get splashed!). The easy chair in the room was comfy but a bit threadbar...

Cons (-) Had a room that was in major need of upgrades (bathroom ceiling, tub, etc.) - very difficult to turn on tub facet Right by elevators so heard elevator ding all day/night long.
