TERRIBLE
It is right across from Circus Circus in the heart of downtown Reno.
No iron or ironing board (as said on site). No hangers. Smells bad. Unkept room (dirty towels, full trash, unmade bed, etc). Elevator didn't work. Breakfast is served out of a hotel room on the 3rd floor. Bad front desk service. Credit card machine was malfunctioning. Parking lot was crowded. Overall: absolutely terrible. Don't stay here just because it's cheap -- pay extra for a better hotel!!
