Price
Bathroom door to shut properly, keys kept not working, no laundry said the machine was broken. Which was one of the amenities needed due to needing to wash softball uniforms as we were in town for the National tournament.

The experience was nice. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean when we walked in.
They could have made sure the electronics worked, instead of leaving it up to us to try and fix after no one answered the front desk phone

Decent hotel
Lobby and room were good and pretty clean. Bed was comfortable.
Reception staff was hard to understand and not very helpful attitude. The morning checkout staff however was super friendly and caring.

Not impressed
The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. The microwave and mini fridge were a huge plus. The 24 hour coffee was a nice jesture.
The hotel was not very clean and in need of renovations. I even saw a roach crawling in the bathroom. My reservation was supposed to include complementary continental breakfast but it was non existabt.
