Should not have been given a substandard room.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Even though it was a non-smoking room, we could smell cigarette smoke the moment we entered. Also, the door trim around the door frame was split as if kicked in from the outside hall. We called and reported this immediately and were given a different room that was better, but still only satisfactory. We should not have been given a substandard room just because we booked through a third party site, such as Kayak.

Not great. Only restaurant still open when we arrived was the bar.
No free coffee available in the morning. Wanted to charge me $4.00 for a to go cup of black coffee. No way.
