Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) Even though it was a non-smoking room, we could smell cigarette smoke the moment we entered. Also, the door trim around the door frame was split as if kicked in from the outside hall. We called and reported this immediately and were given a different room that was better, but still only satisfactory. We should not have been given a substandard room just because we booked through a third party site...
