I loved the upgrades. The room was so nice and comfortable. The cable was great and I was able to connect to Wifi and complete my classwork with No issues. I always stay at the Best Western wherever I go!
My daughter reserved the room for me with one of my credit cards through Kayak and the amount was in hold. When I went in I stated I have a reservation under my name with Kayak and I'd like to check in. They stated the card I used with Kayak won't be charged it's just to hold the money and that they will complete the transaction. I found that odd because this is how I do my business when hotels are involved all the time. Needless to say, they told Kayak they didn't know it was a reservation and they will issue a refund within 7-10 business days. other than that my stay was absolutely amazing!

Met our goals
We were looking for an affordable, decent place to stay while we attended a wedding. So the location (near mall shopping, walking distance to lunch spot, short drive to the wedding) and free breakfast filled the bill. We didn't need it, but appreciated the microwave in the room. The wifi connection was much less complicated than other, more expensive hotels.

The Hotel was clean and well maintained in a nice easy to find location. It is close to a large variety of restaurants and stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If I am ever in the area again I will book a room at this Hotel.
