Large room/bath. Clean and modern. Great location.
Soundproofing very poor. At night it was the worst, it seemed like the window was wide open. No actual dinning options. No lobby seating area while you wait for the room. Was asked to go for an hour walk while we waitied for our room. No facilities. Breakfast very poor.

excellent staff esp dude by the name of nico...helpful esp we got stuck during the volcanic ash!ended up staying for 3nights and upgraded on the third!
technician must have fiddled with wires for the tv!thank god i dont own one myself!

Centrally located with new facilities , the room was exactly what it said on the website and the location couldn't have been more central to the Spanish Steps, shops, restaurants and the buzz of Rome.
