Difficult to take taxi
The hotel staff were very friendly and healpful. The room were small but very cute, also clean. We booked the room with a balcony, and we had it(it was big). We also liked the open terrace where we had breakfast.
The only problem are stairs...
Beutifull villas, nice restorant nearby
too much stairs...
It was very spacious and light and a lovely place to be, though a tad far from the centre but I have to say it's not bad when you take a bus and besides it's a big city so it's very good really :)
We had to find the room being not cleaned and got charged for the coffee whilst waiting till it was done (aprox. 25 minutes), I reckon that was just an incident, other than that I can recommend it to anyone, specially price/quality-wise, it's definitely a nice hotel :)
I asked for non-smoking and was placed in a smoking room. The complimentary shuttle to the Vatican and other parts of Rome was not complimentary - there was a charge or I was told the shuttle did not go there.
residential distric, clean room, towels changed every day, polite staff
breakfast (wide range but not very fresh and tasty - warm not hot coffee, unsvoury bread etc). Traffic to the centre (if I knew that buses are so crowdy, slow and unpredictable (marathon, demonstration, just stopping and not going further, road repair etc.),I would definitely choose a hotel near subway - but there are just 2 lines in a whole city). It is not about the hotel but closely related.
Free internet, decent buffet breakfast (all cold foods such as baked goods and juices).
The staff was just okay. They did not really go out of their way for you too much. There was some frustration at times on the part of the staff due to the language barrier. At times they were just plain rude.
The hotel was clean, the breakfast was very good, very varied.
The staff was really unfriendly and the rooms were very small.
most of the staff was very pleasant
walls in the room were very dirty
did not think staff were particulary kind or helpful
