Television was tricky to operate, no dinner or lunch available on the premises
The place was modern and clean, with comfy beds, and at least for us, a quiet room.
the photos on the web site tend to be slightly misleading in over-glamourising the hotel, particularly since some of them are essentially of stair case landings.
I think that this hotel is ideal for a trip to one of the most beautiful cities in the world. We were very happy with the service, the room was not lacking anything, the breakfast was great and the location was ok, near the metro to a nice neighborhood with shops and everything.
The only thing that was strange was the toilet door which was 2 sliding plastic doors and the door to the bath which was nonexistent. That was not a problem with us, a couple, but with others this could be awkward.
The hotel was very friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was high- end, not luxury but great for the price.
Though convenient to shops, restaurants, and metro stop it's not in a particularly beautiful part of Rome.
Near public transport, friendly staff, nice breakfastroom, nice bar.
We booked a deluxe room. On the website it says that all deluxe rooms have a balcony. Ours didn't... Luckily we could change the room. The room was not totally clean (butts from previous guests on terrace, dust on the floor). No free wifi.
