Beautiful rooms, everything renovated, clean and comfortable. The quality-price ration is really good, especially considering the location: you stay in the heart of Rome, few hundred meters away from the Colosseo and very close to two metro stations. With us they also have been very flexible with the check-in time and that was great!
Breakfast is a bit poor but that's not really important: there is enough to eat and I would not consider this as a weak point.
Poor breakfast, small rooms and elevator
The location is ideal for visiting the main attractions in Rome. We walked from the hotel to all the sights from the Colleseum to the Vatican -didn't use buses or taxis at all. The room was clean and comfortable all be it on the small side. The bathroom was clean although the shower unit and the marble around the sink looked like they had seen better days. The continental breakfast was plentiful.
The photos on the web site give a somewhat misleading impression that the hotel (especially the entrance and foyer area) is bigger than it actually is. This is a minor issue and in no way affected our stay.
The location was absolutely brilliant!
The size of the room was a bit small for 2 adults & 3 children (but most rooms are)
The hotel's location was very good; it served a nice breakfast. Most rooms were adequately sized.
The bathroom was moldy and filthy ... mold everywhere in the shower and on the hairdryer. The first room we stayed in was so small there was no end table or any room for two carry-on-sized suitcases.
