It is close to all the main public transport , easy to reach the airport , and many choice of food in the area, and supermarket at the station .
It would be helpful to have a second rubbish bin in the room

didn't clean the toilets and bathroom daily and the sheets are not changed. same bedsheets for three days

Excellent location on a quiet street few mins from Termini. Friendly staff. Adequate comfort, if the AC works (which it didn't on our first stay, but was fixed later). Free WiFi. Good breakfast. Overall, excellent value for Rome.
Bathroom fixtures were a little dated, and dishsoap was missing in the shower (perhaps they are remodeling). WiFi was a weak on the 3rd floor.
