Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's strategic location, especially its proximity to the Gemelli hospital and metro, making it very convenient for hospital visits. Many also mention the staff as courteous and helpful. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests noting issues such as dirty rooms, old furnishings, and unpleasant odors. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others describing it as poor or limited. While a few guests found the rooms spacious, others were dissatisfied with their condition and size. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvement in cleanliness and room upkeep is needed.
