Closeness to the attractions.
Staff are not friendly at all!
Perfect location but some setbacks
Location is walking distance from amazing sights, cafe, and gelateria. Hotel was gated and you had to be buzzed in to enter the premises at night. Large room and great flat screen tv with plenty of channels. Water pressure was strong and hot water didn't run out quickly.
Parking garage is 2 blocks away and costs 30 euros per night. Air conditioner unit did not function without a remote and no remote was provided. The safe was bolted to a shelf in the armoire that was easily removable. Price was too high compared to other comparable hotels in the area.
An excellent, value for money, city centre locatio
We liked the fact that the hotel was in the middle of Rome, about 20 minutes walk from Termini and on the major, cross-city bus routes. the staff were friendly, the breakfasts excellent and the rooms very comfortable.
the lift, which is cramped and took ages to arrive!
This Hotel is hard to locate. dingy and the staff quite disinterested. We found it also very noisy.
ideal location, no need for bus, taxi or metro u can visit all the hot spots on foot
u get whatever u pay, don't expect much, ideal for those who spend the whole day out and just need a hot shower and a clean bed to rest
The excellent location and the breakfast (specially the capuccino).
The shower for the standar double room was quite small. Lot of noise if you open the window.
The staff were friendly and helpful. the three bedded room was spacious, the breakfast was good and the location was very convenient for the centre of Rome.
Central Location, staff, cleanliness
Location! Near of main touristic attractions. The noisy street (Via Nationale) was not a problem.
The bath room cleaning was insufficient. The staff was helpfull but sometimes not so friendly. The breakfast could be improved with fruits and cereals.
The location made all the major points of interest very acessible
the late check in was weird having to go to another hotel for the key and then let yourslef in to the hotel, dark entrance area, would not have liked to be alone
People very friendly. Very well located near the main roman monuments. Good breackfast.
To improve the window insulation, due to the noise that there is in the street.
Pleasant staff. Good breakfast.
Hard to find at night when arriving, room small and lighting very dim.
The hotel was very centrally situaetet, nice little lift, ok breakfast, clean and quiet
