Pros (+) Literally not much. I think some part of our stay should be refunded. If not for the terrible event in the morning the for the misadvertisement of ammenities.
Cons (-) We were late for our train had already paid for our room. I have stayed in four and five star hotels plenty. Not saying we didn't look young or scruffy but in no way we're we staying above our means. We tried to leave quickly in the morning they assumed we trashed the room they locked us inside the lobby, and threatened to call the police if we left before they checked.
