The desk staff was not very helpful
Perfect, quiet location near the Spanish Steps. Our room had a terrace overlooking the Via dei Condotti. Helpful, friendly staff.
It would have been good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Excellent view from balcony - very charming. Breakfast was included and location was wonderful. Pick up service from airport was very helpful.
The staff at the front desk were helpful but not overly friendly.
the bread on Sunday was stale
The woman who handled morning breakfast and Candice on the front desk in am were great. The location is great. The breakfast area is very beautiful
The other staff seemed disinterested in customers and were tlaking on the phone constantly to friends. They did not follow through on commitments to attend to things. The internet is a joke and only works in the lobby. 250 Euros a night for a double and you get plastic cups in the room, laughable.
Location is fantastic, and the street-noise is not intrusive
Breakfast adequate, but then it is a small hotel
I suppose it's fine for the price, Rome being so expensive, and the dollar so low. The location is terrific, and the staff friendly. The room was attractive, the bath quite adequate.
The hotel has no public spaces, and the only chair in the room was at the desk, so you were either out, or on the bed. There is a roof garden, which was locked, reached by a precarious spiral staircase.
excellent and very helpful staff, pleasant room, great location,
The jacuzzi was great especially when you need a nice hot bath-ub after a long day walk around the city. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel location is just perfect.
The location is fabulous and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
