Walking distance to Vatican, Specific staff members Daniel and Giuseppe very helpful, including directions, recommendations/suggestions for dinner, and transport. Close to Metro station, close to restaurants, food markets, shops. Quaint elevator that the kid liked to ride in. Quiet inside and outside. Breakfast was ready before posted times, so helped get an early start.
Mini-fridge did not work and took several requests to fix/replace. Having one key card is a little annoying, but being that it's used to control the electricity in the room, there has to be only one in order to make the energy saving effective.
