good position, clean and nice designed rooms, quiet! Very good for B&B in center of Rome. Bravo for Jimm! (staff person)
The hotel has a very favourable position from which all the major sights of Rome can be seen on foot, it is nice and clean, the staff is friendly.
John the attendant was excellent with his service. Great location.
The hotel does not have a dining room and breakfast is brought to your room but the rooms are small and thus you end up eating on the bed. For a family of four, with two rooms this was not practical. The room reserved was not the room received due to a last minute confusion during the reservation process.
price is ok. Location: termini, spanish steps, fontana di trevi within walking distance (20 - 30 min). Clean rooms
hot water and TV not working very well. Hotel inside apartment bloc, difficult to find. Weird room configuration: if room 5 is occupied there is no passage to the reception area.
The owner was welcoming, and he brought our breakfast in every morning. Not a terribly exciting breakfast, but enough to keep us going until lunch. I found the tiny, old-fashioned elevator to be sweet, but some guests may feel uncomfortable. The room was larger than expected, and nicely decorated. The location was only ok - a 15-minute walk (uphill!!) to Stazione Termini, and 20-30 minutes to "Ancient Rome" (Coliseum, Forum, etc). The street was quiet. We suggest walking the 10 minutes to Barberini Fountain for restaurants and shopping - it's a nicer area.
The location. The staff was very helpful. The room was very comfy and most attractions are walking distance, and the metro is down the hill, 5 mins walk.
Breakfast can be improved but there is fridge and a close by market, if you wish you may stuff as you like.
Street noise, room was just off the entrance so it was noisy whenever anyone was there.
Bathroom was nice and big and clean and attractive. Bedroom was big. Really the room was nice.
We didn't enjoy having a foreigner as the host. We would rather have a native Italian, someone from Rome, actually, help us with our visit. The other rooms were undone when we arrived and doors wide open. General lack of genteel quality.
Good location. I did not see other rooms but our room was very large. So if you decide to stay there book a suite. Remember that this is B@B not a hotel. You will not get any services but the bed. Breakfast is very bad. Don't count on it. But our room was a good trade off for comfort, size, location, and price. I prefer to stay in large comfortable room than in a small hotel room for the same money. Make your choice.
No safe box. Poor lighting. Small TV.
The B&B is in a nice quite location, yet is very central.
WiFi signal was non existant. There was a back door in our room which was used as a passage way to the other rooms. Breakfest was very basic, a small buffet area would be much better.
