Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's unbeatable central location, especially its proximity to the Trevi Fountain and other major attractions. Many highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, with several mentioning smooth check-in experiences and accommodating hosts. Some guests appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. However, a few reviews noted issues with cleanliness, air conditioning, noise, and the lack of elevators, particularly for those with mobility concerns. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel a popular choice for visitors.
