Great location , lovely staff
It was hard to find. The room was small, dark and depressing. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was no hot water in the shower. It was noisy late at night and early in the morning. The included "breakfast" was nothing more than 1 croissant and 1 cup of coffee. Just horribly over priced for what was offered.
Great location for being able to walk to all main sights or to public transport and easy walk to train station to the airport. General cleanliness very good and staff are very helpful. Wonderful choice of restaurants all in walking distance.
The b&b staff desk is located directly outside the bedrooms and it is very noisy from early morning with phone calls and guests. Not at all restful. I stayed while there was a family with a baby and it was very disruptive being woken through the night by a crying baby.
The location is really the best thing about this place. Also, very nice and helpful owner. In Residenza Belli, one guy does nerly everything: cleaning, reception, etc, which creates a cosy atmosphere. Easter presents were given to all customers...
We had reserved a double room, but got a really really small space (c. one meter around the bed) with a window to a dark backyard. I don't know whether the other rooms are as small as that. This was not a big minus for us, though, as we did not spend much time in the room anyways.
The hotel was so clean and its location was great for walking to all the sights of Rome, the Trastevere area is full of places to eat and shop. It was near a restaurant that did a coeliac menu which was terrific for me.
The personnel kindness. The position, at walking distances from many main touristique objectifs.
Imposibility of adjusting indiviually the temperature in the room or to stop the air conditioning.
Breakfest in the caffe next door to the hotel.
The room was so dirty. Under the bed and in the corners were so much dust and dirt! Mould in the showercorner , the shower leaked and so. Toilet seat was broken. Tables were full of stains.Terrible! Parking near the hotel was impossible.Breakfast= a cup of coffee and croissant at next door cafe.
The location was good, the staff was really friendly
