How clean the room was n how the showers were always hot even for a family of 4 showering. Always had my room clean even when we didn't leave after 12pm some days. They had A/C so the hot nights were no problem. The family rooms had a bed for each person.
The beds are hard and pillows not that comfortable. The noise from being inside a condo/apartment building. And the tax fee at the end of your stay when u checking out. It should be included with the original prize or told to u at the beginning. The room for family was just a bigger room with beds thrown in there.
Everything. The hotel. The stuff and the location.... Great.
Breakfast is poor and simple.
Treatement of the staff to the guests, and the free Internet.
Maybe better international TV channels.
It is difficult to find the hotel, as it is actually a collection of apartments in a larger apartment complex. Luckily the neighbors seem to be used to people trying to find it, and they were helpful. It might be tricky if you arrived at night though!
Helpful and kind staff. Good location.
Soundproofing could be better
located in a safe neighborhood; quiet; ultra modern rooms but small spaces; efficient staff
rooms and halls reminded me of train compartments! no lobby or common areas
Breakfast could be improved
Location was excellent for the sights we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful and solicitous. The breakfasts were very enjoyable.
The quad rooms were not as pictured in advertisements. There was one room with beds for 4 - not as much privacy as we expected. We made do as everything else was great.
All the staff were very nice and helpful. Convenient location, close to subway, restaurants and central to areas for sightseeing.
The various levels, reception on 2nd floor, my room on 1st. The staff had to come unlock the door to main corridor each time someone came in. I know it was for security reasons but I did not like it.
The design of the room and the bathroom was very modern and clean and the residenza was very close to metro and barberine piazza.
The fact that the breakfast area was not accessale at the time of our stay due to license not yet being aquired.
The staff was phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for more respectful and helpful employees. Kevin, the owner of the hotel has produced a great product and I recommend his hotel for anyone. We have a young son and they brought milk for him at night and juice in the morning. The breakfast was great as well.
We ordered a quadruple room expecting two rooms separated by a door. Unfortunately it was one big room. In defense of the hotel they offered to give us two hotel rooms to accommodate us but we have small children and didn't feel comfortable having them in a totally separate hotel room. But this wouldn't deter us from staying again. The pros far outweighed any cons.
