Our room had a wonderful view of the archaeological ruins of Largo Argentina. The bedroom was large and the bathroom was a nice size. The management pays attention to every detail. The wifi signal in our room was very weak. However, we found a hardwire jack that worked very well. The rooms were very clean. Whenever there was a problem, like the front door lock required adjustment, it was taken care of immediately. The owner spent a lot of time advising us what to see and how to get there. Each morning we were served in room coffee, toast with jam, pastry and juice.

A big, resently renewed room with a very nice view. the residenza is near to the main sites, which gives you the opportunity to walk in every direction. Friendly staff. everything you need in a room is there.
The hotel is more like a big appartment which was made into a 4 bedroom residense. It is like renting a room in a house. One expects to see a looby and a main entrance at the main floor but this is not happening. the entrance is a door, once you open it there are construction equipment for the elevator, which will not be ready by christmass

Great views, amazing staff full of all kinds of knowledge about the local area and what bus numbers go where, overall a great experience and we will be returning to this hotel very soon!!! (don't be put off by the front door and staircase as this is clearly not owned by the hotel).

Fantastic view across square with ancient Roman site. Very convenient for everything - it is all walkable. Very friendly and helpful staff - did essential bookings for Vatican museum and suggested great places to eat. Very clean and comfortable room with comfy bed. Great coffee for breakfast and fizz in evening. If you want to get a bus you can get anywhere from here.
The front entrance can put you off. The lift is being put in so you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs though a building site (ready for Christmas 2010). The rooms with the good veiws are noisy due to traffic but slept easily as this quietens in the night.

“Location excellent, walkable to all Rome attractions. The low tourist season made the accommodation more affordable and we were also lucky to get a room with view on Roman ruins. Ursula as the property host was welcoming (also with glass with Prosecco) and helpful, also provided many great tips for restaurants and gelato places nearby. Rooms were superbly clean, the highlight was breakfast way above standard. Small tip - for an excellent Rome pizza stop by just below the hotel in Pizza Florida, wide selection, value for money and amazing taste!”
“- The best of this apartment are Ursula and Renato -> best hosts ever! - very well located apartment. approx. 20 mins walking distance to collosseum and vatican and 10 min to Pantheon - bus and tram stop are 2 min away, which connects you to Termini, the airport (via Trastevere Roma) or you can use the bus for the sightseeing spots. you don´t need an expensive taxi or shuttle - kitchen/ fridge is always filled (cookies, coffee, water, beer, soft drinks) - just notice it on the board and pay it afterwards - everyday fresh breakfast from the bakery (continental, crossaints, yoghurt, fruits, juice), which is served in the kitchen and you take it to your room (there is a table for it in every room) - downstairs is a Pizza for the snack in between :) - 10 min walk to Trastevere area, where we found the best restaurants (also recommendation list by Ursula and Renato). Trastevere is also a good spot for spending the evening there having drinks etc. - Right around the corner is the "Fontana delle Tartarughe", where you find a nice bar for drinks (5 EUR beer and 10 EUR longdrinks/ cocktails)”
