Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location and breathtaking views of the Colosseum, describing it as a highlight of their stay. Many found the proximity to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation very convenient. While some guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, others experienced issues with service, such as unfulfilled promises or lack of amenities. Cleanliness was a recurring concern for several reviewers, who noted dust, worn furniture, and inadequate housekeeping. Negative feedback also centered on unreliable Wi-Fi, uncomfortable beds, and the absence of an elevator. Despite these drawbacks, the location and views remained the most positively mentioned aspects.
