Absolutely terrible choice. Was woken up at 7 am by the sound of children banging doors and screaming. The AC was not included in the rate. Stay at this hotel at your own risk. I would never make this mistake again

Very good location,very good to the metro station.Great restaurant nearby.
First of all this is not a hotel is like sitting in a big appartment .The rooms are not like advertised.Old furniture.No refrigirator ,No glasses in in the room so you can not drink anything.The remotes were not working.No breakfast beside a croissant and a coffee.

The attendant was friendly, and he gave me usefull informations about the city, but never offered a special service like city tour or something like that.The room was clean enough to sleep,
When coming to hotel, you can't recognize the enterance of the hotel, it is in a apartment, and at the enterance of the building you can see only hotel's name as 5 cm. long writing.It is very near to termini station, it is at the central, that was good.

The hotel is new and it was a good promotion. Staff is good and friendly
Only main light is function. The others switches are out of services. The floor trap in shower is blocked. Difficult to find this hotel as there isn't a signboard. I arrived earlier than what I have told at 8pm in email, nobody open the door and 2 youngster came to ask for money.

First of all, it is actually a guesthouse, and not a hotel - take that into consideration and you'll avoid disappointments. Location is excellent, 10 mins walk from Termini station, 5 mins from the closest metro station. Rooms are clean, free wifi is available, a grocery is just across the street. Staff is generally very friendly and English-speaking, no communication problems whatsoever.
Don't be misled by "Breakfast included" notion unless you consider capuccino + croissant in a nearby cafe as a breakfast. Staff was around only a few hours per day, and therefore it took two days to make internet connection operational.
