Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near metro stations and city attractions. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many mentioning unpleasant odors, mold, cockroaches, and general lack of upkeep. The pool is frequently cited as unavailable or not as advertised, and some guests are frustrated by extra charges for its use. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and others as unhelpful or inattentive. Room sizes are often considered small and cramped. Overall, while the location is a strong point, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and transparency.
