Natacha was very nice with us when we arrived;this hotel is really near everything (europapark, highway...)
No possible to call outside from the room...only at the reception! The lady at breakfast was realy not nice!!!! The tables were dirty, there was no more bread, no more eggs.... it was no possible to have dinner at the hotel, and rust is really a very sad city, no shops, only 1 restaurant open (full up of course)...

The hotel is close to Europapark, has big room and clean bathroom,a generous breakfast. The access to internet was much appreciated
We prefer to have a bar in the room for after 22h drinks.

large room with all necessary comodities. The staff was very freindly and tried to help best possible way.
A little too far away from the entrance of the parc (15-20' walk). I was very anoyed to find the restaurant closed, due to sickness of the cook. It is not easy to go out for dinner with children!

Travelling with a child we particularly appreciated the quiet and big room with 4 beds. Beds very comfortable and clean and modern bathroom/shower. Good breakfast. Short and easy walk away from Europapark.
Breakfast is excellent, but otherwise the menu of the restaurant is somewhat limited in the evenings.

Room was great for 3 kids. bunk bed and fold-up bed. buffet breakfast was perfect. cleanliness of hotel was super. next to europa park but a 20-30 minute walk. we used car as it was raining both days we were there. hotel gave us a parking ticket for 1 day at europa park saving us 4 euros. free parking at hotel. air conditioning was broke but they had a portable one there that was good but noisy. receptionist staff were vert courteous.
