The Junior King Suite was beautiful, spacious and clean with lots of towels and amenities. The pool area was a welcome place to relax, though briefly. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
The parking is strange. They have a long and narrow parking area which ends up being quite a walk...I guess that prompts more valet service!
Love the facility. Rooms were great, staff at check in was friendly and most helpful. Beautiful facility with plenty of amenities. Great pool and loved the fire pits, made for a memorable evening with our family.
Took three reminders and over 1/2 hour to get someone to come out and lite a fire pit for us. Coffee in the lobby would have been a great addition.
A nice stay
Clean rooms and very nice claw foot bath tubs. The hotel has restaurants - we very much enjoyed two of them. Best of all, they let us bring our dog in the hotel, and even the outside area of the restaurant.
The pool can be a bit noisy due to the noise from the highway but overall very clean and pleasant.
Westins are always great, they are always so clean and classy and well ran. It's the reputation. But this hotel specifically is amazing, it's riverside, fairly priced - I mean you get a bang for your buck here. I know people complain about having to pay for wi-fi, but even the price is reasonable. Either way, get off your electronics and enjoy the peaceful view. That's not even the half of it, the service here is amazing. Everyone is happy to help, open doors, offer suggestions and recommendations. Kudos to the management, concierge, bellboys, restaurant workers, maids, valet, receptionists.
