We had issues throughout our stay that were treated with indifference or delayed responses by the hotel staff, especially Zach at the front desk. Upon arrival, we found a huge credenza moved away from the wall towards the center of the room that had a drawer that did not close. We immediately let the staff know. It took 2 days to move it. Over all the stay was okay. Being a Hilton Hotel there is a certain expectation of quality one has come to expect. The hotel is showing it's age. Furniture in the lobby and other areas had rips and tears as well as stains. Pros (+) The location was great, close to all the places I wanted to visit.
Cons (-) A lot of construction going on and the hotel bar was closed on Valentines day...disappointing!
