When we checked in around 4:00 pm, there were two parties before us but there was only person working the check in counter. It took us about 30 minutes to get checked in and into our room. Pros (+) I wasn’t able to check in. Even though I pre payed for the trip because they wouldn’t accept my card (chime credit) and they offered me no options so I payed for a room that I was not allowed to stay in.
