Pros (+) Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. 5 minute walk to old Salzburg.
Cons (-) Free coffee at a minimum! Continental breakfast was extra $17 per person.

Cons (-) The hotel rooms are old and literally have baseboards peeling off the wall. The toilet is tiny and there's barely any elbow space in the entire restroom. There was dust all over the furniture and stains on the towels. The elevators on our floor did not even work. This is falsely advertised as a 4-hotel but is outdated and horrible quality for the money.
