Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area on foot. However, many reviews highlight significant negatives, including ongoing renovations that limit access to amenities like the pool, pier, and elevators, as well as frequent noise and cleanliness issues. Service is often described as unhelpful or unfriendly, and several guests mention problems with room maintenance and security. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel's current state and service leave much to be desired.
