Pros (+) I went to the lobby to work on my laptop. A man asked where the front attendant was. He had been waiting there 20 minutes waiting to check in. He continued to wait, while I was working, for another 20 minutes. No one. I tried to help him by looking around. No one. Called hotel number and pager number on card in lobby. Nothing. I found the BW customer service number for him and he called. He explai...

Pros (+) Pillows were comfortable
Cons (-) Restroom was not sanitized nor clean. Found many hairs and sink was dirty as well. Sofa bed had bugs (not bed bugs) and room was a bit roughed up. Overpriced for what it really is.
