Great customer service, at both pick up and drop off. Staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I would absolutely rent from Fox again…and again.

They did not have a car for me at check in time. They blamed 3rd party service for over booking their reservations and that I booked within 24 hrs. This trip was for an unexpected family emergency and the lack of car was a big inconvenience.

Was a little hesitant when renting through FOX since they are a little lesser-known company but besides all of the random fees you typically get with most companies it was a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again in the future.

I have rented twice with them in the same location. The first time they told me that toll roads are included free of charge, come to find out they charged me the fees . The second time: when inspecting their vehicles it’s challenging since they are kept inside the parking garage and lighting is poor; therefore, it is hard to notice any true damages to the vehicle until you are out of the garage, then you realize the vehicle has blemishes or dents etc. The deposit when paying with a debit card is a huge downside to their rental vehicles. $400 plus for a reservation pending fee is a little crazy especially when they only charge 100 plus for a credit card. We use their company a lot for TDY travel and honestly I would not use them again even if it’s government travel. I rather deal with another car rental company than FOX.

The car that was detailed in our check in process was in the lot, but the tenants could not find the key. They put us in an older, but nice, Dodge Journey. The comfort, drive and cleanliness was very nice even though the car had a few bumps and bruises. When checking out, we were charged for a 1/2 tank of gas. We prepaid, but the consultant at check in never made mention that they charge to the 1/2 tank or full tank. We used about 1/8 of a tank. If we would have known that, we would have paid to fill up the entire tank for about $3. Also, upon checking out we found out that we had been charged for partial insurance coverage. Again, at check in, when asked it was assumed it came with the charge. No mention of additional fees. We would have declined knowing that our insurance that we carry through Allstate would have covered us. The bill made no sense, so I will be contacting FOX Rental Cars to get an explanation and refund.

No phone contact available at all. The local and online customer service number put me on hold 3 times for about 25 minutes then just disconnected on its own. Car was dirty and very small for price.

Don’t rent out cars if you don’t have the inventory, booked the rental, took an Uber back to the location only to find out they were negative 30+ cars and it’d be at least an hour past my booking time before I might get a car.

The extremely rude manager canceled my rental at pickup….and left us to figure out our rental with another company…which unfortunately for us EVERYONE was completely booked. I will NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.
