Tesla couldn’t drive 30 minutes without draining 20% of the battery. Had to charge the car once or twice a day. Each day our trip was filled with anxiety because we didn’t know if we could make it to where we wanted to go and had to constantly look for a charger. Budget didn’t care. Argued with us. We got four different solutions and promises from four different people and ultimately just screwed over.Reviewed 2023 Jun 23

Counter employee was very rude and short with us. We had reserved a midsized car and were told when we arrived that the only vehicle they had for us was a truck unless we wanted to pay to upgrade to a Tesla. They're attitude was very rude and acted like it was our fault that we were stuck with a truck. We would have rented from another brand but Budget was the only agency available when we flew in.Reviewed 2023 Mar 27

The car wasn't ready when I arrived for pick up; I couldn't wait for "at least an hour" for the car of my choice and was suggested to downgrade; the car I downgraded to hadn't been cleaned - prt hair all over; got a lousy $28 discount for the downgrade; when I returned the car an hour and a half late, I was charged for an extra day.Reviewed 2023 Mar 19
