The man that checked us in at the airport was very friendly and quick. The price was cheaper than the other rental places for a 7 passenger vehicle. However, after drop off there was $17ish dollars added to the total which I am unsure what for as we had filled up the gas completely right before returning and we were before the drop off time.Reviewed 2024 Sept 29

They initially claimed that we dropped the car off two full days after we actually did. I was able to get the charges removed, but it was quite a hassle of calling phone numbers and eventually having to drive down to my nearest Dollar location.Reviewed 2024 Apr 13

My vehicle was not there. Argued with an attendant for an hour about a vacant spot my vehicle was SUPPOSED to be at. Not once in 2 and a half hours did they mention you need a credit card and a $500 deposit till after I signed the agreement. Counter staff rude AF.Reviewed 2024 Mar 13

I called to inform them that my 11:00 p.m. arrival had been delayed for ten minutes and I expected that I would be to the counter by 11:20 p.m. The agent responded that I had not provided my flight number, so they would close at 11:00 p.m. So, I paid for a day's rental I did not receive and was left without transportation. Also, my reservation did not inquire as to my flight number, so very disappointing. If I had not paid in advance through Kayak, I would have cancelled the reservation. Therefore, I am unlikely to use Kayak in the future.Reviewed 2024 Jan 11

I really liked the vehicle and drive. Only let down I stopped at a restaurant in McAllen to eat and a tiny pebble hit the window and cracked the glass for which we had 2 insurances thankfully. I know this is outside the scope of this review however it was a negative conclusion to a wonderful journey.Reviewed 2021 Jun 17

Pros:SUV was REALLY nice! Drop off was perfect! The employee was super friendly and assisted me in making sure all of my belongings were out.Cons:The employee when I picked up at San Antonio International the agent tried to sell me an “upgrade” from a premium SUV to a minivan. Luckily I checked before I left and the “upgrade” would not have been as nice. The employees up top allowed me to switch back the SUV and the rest of the rental was perfect!Reviewed 2021 May 31
