Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in several cases, the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, inconsistent or missing breakfast service, and issues with amenities such as the pool and toiletries. While some guests found the beds comfortable and the property secure, others encountered rude service and problems with refunds or reservations. Overall, the positives centered on location and occasional good service, but cleanliness and breakfast were common concerns.
