Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, highlighting the excellent service received throughout their stay. The location was frequently mentioned as convenient and close to key attractions, with many appreciating the shuttle service. Breakfast was generally well-received, with several guests noting its variety and quality. Cleanliness of rooms and public areas was also a recurring positive, contributing to a comfortable stay.
