Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. One helped me check in and made sure I got the room I wanted. Another helped me find a really awesome local restaurant.
Cons (-) Because of construction the signage wasn't up so I almost went to the wrong hotel, but because you emailed me the address it worked out fine.

Also we were not informed during our check in or reservations that the pool and gym were going to be closed for renovation.
