Pros (+) The room and bedding was very clean, and the recent renovations make everything look very new and modern. I didn't experience any issues sleeping or with the highway noise some people mentioned. The front desk attendants were kind, courteous, and very helpful
Cons (-) Minor cleanliness issues, it appeared that the last guest had stuck gum to the remote control (which the front desk apologized for profusely) and the tub had some stains where the shower mat most likely was before it was pulled up. But otherwise, these were very superficial issues, and the rest of the room was immaculate.
Pros (+) This is a modern style, clean line, beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and their breakfast offerings are plentiful and varied. The pool area is photo worthy with a built in grotto and waterfall. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Cons (-) The two draw backs of this hotel were the small, cramped breakfast area and the ELEVATOR. That's elevator, singular. Because the hotel has two but only one is operational. This hotel has six floors and 122 rooms, which meant there was always a small crowd waiting for the elevator.
Pros (+) The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very accommodating.
Cons (-) It could have been cleaner. The beds were clean which is the most important part. But the floors and tub were pretty dirty.
Pros (+) The front desk staff and manager were super nice and efficient. The breakfast layout was excellent. Housekeeping staff always said hello. Room was very nice size for an "Express" hotel.
Cons (-) There is no carpet on the floor of the rooms. That is perfectly ok, except the floor felt gritty and dirty.
Pros (+) This hotel is new and modern... Faux wood flooring in rooms (no icky carpet!! Yay!!!) comfortable bed, mini fridge, blackout curtains, tons of restaurant options nearby, complimentary breakfast ... Need I say more?! This was definitely my kind of hotel and the price was awesome too!
