Pros (+) Excellent location on a quieter section of The Riverwalk allowed quick, easy access to the fun without all the noise keeping me up all night.
Cons (-) My bed had obviously been slept on by multiple people! One side had an uncomfortable indentation about 2-inches deep which made sleeping in the middle of the bed impossible because I kept rolling to the low side where the mattress was lumpy and broken down. I woke with back pain each morning. However, my traveling companion did not have an uneven mattress and slept like a baby!

Pros (+) Room was large and accommodation comfortable.close to sightseeing .Staff friendly and listened to suggestions and requests
Cons (-) housekeeping visited daily but never swept thoroughly in kitchen area.Bed sheets were not shaken or examined before making.Several evenings we found make-up tissues and snak napkins under the covers.There was mold or some dark substance in the tile grout of bathroom. floor was washed but that substance remained

Cons (-) The hotel is renovating which I totally understand. The construction crews worked from 7am until 9pm When you are on vacation you don’t want to be woke up at 7am. We were put in a room directly across from a room that was under construction. Terrible!!! We complained to the front desk who was rude and would NOT give us another room. Cons (-) The bathroom looked old was dingy I felt like I was going to fall through the tub. The pictures look a lot better than the actual room. There was a strange smell in the room. I requested a river view and I would not classify that room as a river view room. I would not stay at this hotel again
